​1. Scope of Services

Kreativo Memory Preservation provides digitization services for photographic materials including slides, negatives, and photo prints. Services may include scanning, basic image orientation correction, and delivery of digital image files.

 

2. Ownership of Materials

The client confirms they are the legal owner of all materials submitted for digitization or have obtained permission from the rightful owner.

 

3. Handling of Original Materials

Kreativo Memory Preservation will handle all materials with reasonable care. Due to the age and fragility of many photographic materials, the client acknowledges that some items may already be deteriorated or susceptible to damage during normal handling.

 

4. Condition of Originals

The quality of the final digital image depends heavily on the condition of the original material. Issues such as fading, dust, scratches, underexposure, overexposure, color shifts, or physical damage may affect the final result.

 

5. Image Quality

Digitization services are not a restoration service unless specifically requested. Basic corrections may be applied, but extensive retouching, color correction, or restoration is not included unless separately agreed upon.

 

6. File Formats

Standard delivery format is high‑resolution JPEG unless otherwise agreed. TIFF files or other formats may be provided upon request.

 

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the project and prior to the release of digital files unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

8. Delivery of Digital Files

Completed digital files may be delivered through the Kreativo Memory Vault (Wix Members Area), digital download link, USB drive, or another agreed method.

 

9. Storage of Digital Files

Kreativo Memory Preservation may retain digital files for a limited period after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files once received.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to protect client materials, Kreativo Memory Preservation's liability for any claim relating to services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that project.

 

11. Unclaimed Materials

Original materials must be collected within a reasonable time after project completion. Storage fees may apply to unclaimed items.

 

12. Privacy

All images and materials provided by the client will be treated as private and confidential. Kreativo Memory Preservation will not publish or share client images without permission.

 

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting materials for digitization services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
